Our robust flatbed 3-axis CNC router machine is ideal for precision cutting, milling, and drilling a wide range of materials. We prefer to limit the cutting/milling depth to a maximum of materials up to 2 inches in thickness. We have the experience to perform a wide range of operations. The machine’s working area is 5 feet x 10 feet. The Our 3-axis machine means that its router head can move horizontally in all directions, and up to 4 inches vertically, perpendicularly in and out of the material. Here is our list of maximum material thicknesses:
- 1.50″ (38mm) : Plastic materials
- 1.00″ (25mm) : Aluminum, Wood
- 0.06″ (1,5mm) : Carbon steel
- 0.04″ (1,0mm) : Stainless steel
Plexiglass (acrylic) Laser cutting and engraving
Our CO2 Laser machines are perfect for engraving and cutting plexiglass (acrylic) material. We can laser cut plexiglass up to 1/2 inch thick (13mm). Plexiglass up to 3/8 inch (10mm) can be cut with a beautifully polished edge look. Laser engraving or etching gives a classy looking presentation artwork on the surface of the plexiglass. Since Laser etching of plexiglass produces a white frosted effect, the best results show up on clear plexiglass. Black gives a fairly good result as well. When clear laser etched plexiglass is edge-lit, the etched artwork glows the color of the edge lighting. The result can be quite impressive.

Laser Metal Cutting & Engraving
We have a Laser machine which is capable of cutting thin metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as others. It can cut up to 1,5mm carbon steel and up to 1,0mm stainless steel. It can both engrave and mark on metals, of a broad range of thicknesses.

Custom Laser wood-burning & cutting
Our Laser machines are well suited for wood-burning your design or provided image onto flat surfaces of unfinished wood. We can also laser-cut thin art plywood up to 5mm in thickness. The cut edge has a brown, partially burnt finish.
